The Fox jottings

I am utterly and inconsolably devastated that I won't be able to see the Nativity Play put up by the Fox primary school kids next Thursday as I will be on my way to Sicily then. )=

But on a happier note...

Today Nour blew kisses at me. Gracie and Scarlett told me "I love you". Aziz hollered, "Mee! Mee!", trying to get my attention to look at the Duplo house he built. Took me a while to realise it was my name (his version of my name, rather) that he was calling out.

Also, the children had a rehearsal for next week's Christmas concert. My Reception (pre-school) kids are absolutely adorable. So coy and so charming, singing "Go tell it on the mountain" in their sweet little voices. Louis had his shirt hem in his mouth and his belly exposed throughout a good half of the rehearsal. Dewashis claps his hands with such ardour, as if he were clanging a pair of cymbals.
