Retrospect
Looking back, I don't know what all that emotional brouhaha was for. A little uncalled for, don't you think? Yet I know everything happens for a reason, and nothing is in itself a 'waste'. But for now and most likely for a long time to come, I just want to focus on the real deal: Me and my Maker. And I am more than content. (=

How's the aftermath of your radical-deleting-of-illegal-media going? Are you coping well? lol..
I remember deleting / throwing away a lot of Incubus and k.d. lang music for different reasons.. I think I nearly died. *chuckles*
so far it hasn't been as bad as i'd expected (thank God for pandora, seriously..) but there were a few occassions when i got really 'mang jang' like when my internet was down and i couldnt listen to pandora and i was bored of my limited CD collection.. haha! why did u delete kd lang and incubus?
Well.. I found out that Brandon Boyd wrote a book on the Occult. And he paints / writes music under demonic influence. And his paintings I found were quite scary. And of course, the fact that I found Incubus music really really addictive! It's a mixture of Zen/Buddhist kind of sounds as well.. Until today, I would still say they have a different sound of their own that's different from RHCP and Foo (although they sing about the same thing) Super bondage kay! ;)
k.d. lang it was more of unhealthy dose of emotionalism la.
I guess I can be quite influenced by the music I listen to. Like now.. My current fave is Beyonce's Check On It - which isn't a really "good" song, if you know what I mean. But then.. I realise that everytime I hear it on radio (pretty often), it can actually chip away certain values little by little. But then again, the song is SO GOOD and i still blast it loud in my car.. *sigh* How leh how?
