Nevertheless
Luke 5:5-6
But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.
The power of the Nevertheless.
Leaning and acting upon my own limited human understanding = living by the laws of the Natural. Trusting upon His omniscience, ultimate goodness even when it requires me to forsake my own understanding or experience = allowing His supernatural work in my life.
Lord, it's not easy, and it may not make sense, nevertheless Your word is my command. Give me strength and faith to obey. Amen.
