I was blind, but now I see
... reminds me of last week at HUB when Barny asked me if I was still 'lost' about the Christmas shoebox concept (it's a charity thingy) and I replied oh-so-spontaneously, "No no I WAS, but now I'm not lost anymore...." and as an afterthought, "I was lost, but now I'm found." Thankfully Barny has a very high tolerance level for TzyyJian-type lame-ness.
But yeah.... now everything's become so clear to me, concerning a dilemma I've been in... After a certain event that took place this weekend, everything's so clear, and I think I really know what I ought to do. Dunno how I could have been so blind all this while. A much-needed jolt back to reality, it certainly was. I really thank God for pulling me out of that 'illusion', before it was too late.
The weekends have become less and less happening. I've been staying in more than I did during my first few weekends here. It's finally beginning to feel like I'm settling down... not to say that the pace is slowing down to a crawl though (no way Hose!). It's still as hectic as ever, and I look forward so much to the weekends. That said, the weekdays seem to fly by so quickly, it feels like I'm living from weekend to weekend, if you know what I mean....
Mom and dad are in Paris right now.
