Fresher's Camp!

Well, I believe I speak for everyone else when I say that the camp was a huge success. Kudos to our most beloved-est seniors who so painstakingly put everything together for us! *roaring applause* :-) The games and ice-breakers were fun (I especially loved Ruba's psychotic Pony dance thingo!),the talks were informative without being boring, the place was nice, food wasn't bad at all, lodging was above satisfactory.... but most importantly the fellowship was good! Actually, we could have done without the Alumni talk but at least it wasn't even thisclose to the degree of boredom that we had to endure at BTN camp. (enough said about BTN) I'm not complaining. Hehe.
Ooh, wait - importante!!! I got bitten by a leech! Horrors! Yeah, it happened during our river trotting activity (which was very very fun, by the way). I probably wouldn't have realised it was there if I hadn't taken off my shoes to remove the sand inside... I wasn't wearing socks you see... Coz I didn't wanna get my only pair of socks wet. So I guess the leech had easy access into my shoes.... Anyways, it was just a small, teeny-weeny baby leech - kinda cute, actually. ;-) Didn't hurt at all but there was some kind of funny sensation... or maybe it was just psychological, I don't know. It was a fun experience anyhow, as it was my first time. (Wait, what am I saying??? No, it's NOT fun to be bitten by anything!)
Anyway. *yawn* I'm so sleepy. I'll write about the camp some other time... Or maybe you guys who went for the camp and who are reading this might wanna post some comments to help me out a little? *nudges Yuen Ai, Nimalen, Charlotte, Alan, Logan....*

Logan: try the SOUL MOUNTAIN - nobel prize winner for Literature - itz quite hard 2 read..not because u need a high vocab...but b'cos of the SPASTIC way itz written..
