Wedding dinners
... are such a bore.
Yup, and this coming from the very person who, just one or two months ago, was dying to attend a wedding dinner. Sheesh.
I seriously think the only saving grace of wedding dinners (or at least this particular one) is the sure presence of.... (nope, NOT handsome young men in spiffy suits)... KIDS!! To be more specific, cute little boys. Hehe, those who are close to me ought to be familiar enough with my 'paedophilic' tendencies to not be utterly scandalized by my close-to-drooling over under-aged males. But, boy! (No pun intended!) I just can't resist 'em little boys! Soooooooo kewwwt, cuddly, huggable, kissable, pinchable and totally adorable! Especially when they're at the gurgly (?), drool-y age. *wink*
Hehe, now before you navigate away from my blog thinking I'm this sadistic girl with kinky sexual inclinations, let me assure you that my attraction towards little boys are in no way sexual in nature. *grin*
So, people - don't have to keep your little brothers away from me! :-P
Oh, I had my hair cut. Was planning on just getting a trim, but the merciless hairdresser lopped of 2 inches of my precious split-ended hair and gave me a fringe, at that! Now I look even more kiddie than I already do... teehee. *gurgles*

really? wedding dinners a bore? I LOVE weddings and the reception dinners - well, the ones i've been to here anyway...being western in nature, they are much like the romantic fairytales we see in tv shows and movies... and the speeches to each other, and to friends, family, etc are soooo touching... ahah, sad to say, it always brings a tear to my eye - i know! I'm so sad!! But i'm just such a sucker for romantic fairytale things like that :p I do admit tho, the more 'traditionally chinese' weddings/receptions i've been to bore the living daylights out of me :p
And btw may - your hair looks cool!! At least better than mine... i too, also went to a 'hair transformation' over the weekend - cut (turned out great! Very happy about it) and a colour (which is pretty daring on my behalf) but the colour turned out AWFUL!!!! :( I look like a carrot top now...and as a result, wear a hat out everywhere... the guy put the wrong colour in my hair, and now im soooo depressed. My mission over the next few weeks is to get rid of all the colour in my hair... drastic measures must be taken!! (chlorine is looking very tempting atm...) ahaha... otherwise, i'd be too ashamed to meet up with you and lil and everyone else when i go back to msia in a few weeks! why why why?! (ok... i'll shut up now.. enough whinging from me :p )
